I work with couples using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS)—two evidence-based approaches that focus on emotional safety, attachment, and understanding the deeper patterns driving your relationship.
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
EFT helps couples identify and change the negative interaction cycles that keep them stuck. Together, we slow things down and uncover the underlying emotions and attachment needs beneath conflict—so you can respond to each other with more clarity, empathy, and connection.
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
IFS helps us understand the “parts” of ourselves that show up in relationships—like the part that gets angry, shuts down, criticizes, or tries to keep the peace. Rather than blaming or fixing, we approach these parts with curiosity and compassion, creating space for deeper healing and self-leadership within the relationship.
